This is still one of the few condominiums in Mont Kiara that officially allows pets.
Limit is 1 animal.
 

Points to note
According to residents, they seem to be more concerned about noise passage than other condominiums. Residents on more than half of the floors in rooms with specific room numbers have complained about noise from residents on the upper floors. As a result, the dog’s cries are easily echoed, and there have already been complaints.

 

3. Bathtub included

Although not all rooms have a bathtub, some rooms have a bathtub.
In Mont Kiara, family condominiums with 3 or more bedrooms often have bathtubs, but it is rare to find one of this size.

Ooak was sold without interior decoration, so the difference in interior decoration depending on the room is also a highlight.
