Our property adviser’s comments
We receive many enquiries about the TRX international financial district.
Great location, close to the center of Kuala Lumpur, just 70 metres from the MRT station.
Freehold tenure makes this a property that can be held as a long-term asset.

As it is highly convenient with access to two MRT lines and direct access to expressways and major roads, we can expect a wide range of rental demand from people other than those working at TRX.
*Of the two residences in TRX, TRX Residence is closer to the station.

In April 2021, loans were approved even for foreign buyers unable to enter Malaysia because of pandemic travel restrictions. This suggests a significant level of confidence in the project among banks.
