Features and surroundings
Southview is one of the most popular condominiums in Bangsar South.
Universiti LRT station is around seven minutes away on foot.
Direct trains reach KL Sentral in around ten minutes and KLCC in around thirty minutes.

Every unit has a security grille door and a spacious entrance area.
Security is also taken into account.
Interiors vary widely, though wood-effect kitchen cabinets like those pictured are common.
The units generally have a clean, uncluttered look.
Clean, well-presented wet areas
Even the smallest layout is a 1+1-bedroom home rather than an open-plan studio.
A separate bedroom appeals to those who dislike cooking smells spreading through their sleeping area.
Another highlight of Southview is its well-stocked minimart.
On the ground floor of Block B, a shop reminiscent of Japan’s Natural Lawson stocks everything from fresh food to alcoholic drinks.
Yoghurt, sandwiches and a selection of specialty juices.
There are also bakery cakes, muffins and organic bread.
Fresh vegetables and fruit make it useful when you want to cook at home.
Although not pictured, the pork and alcohol sections are also well stocked.
Its range rivals a small supermarket and reflects Southview’s international resident community.
As of November 2022, a FamilyMart vending machine has also been installed.
Being able to buy FamilyMart pastries, rice balls and sandwiches within the condominium adds everyday convenience.

KL Gateway Mall connects directly to nearby Universiti LRT station.
Alongside Village Grocer supermarket, the mall houses familiar names such as Times for books and stationery, DAISO for household goods, and fashion retailers H&M and Cotton On.
