This is possible because maintenance staff are based on site and every unit uses the same appliances.
In a typical condominium, the process often looks like this:
1. The washing machine breaks down.
2. You contact the landlord.
3. A technician arrives a few days to a week later.
4. If it cannot be repaired, a replacement is authorised another week later.
Against this common experience, having an issue resolved within a day or two is exceptional and comparable to service in Japan.

Japanese staff are available, offering reassurance to residents who are less confident speaking English.

As of December 2021, Saujana Villa was the only condominium with Japanese staff on site.
 

Residents may keep small and medium-sized dogs and cats, and walk them within the grounds.
Several condominiums allow pets, but often impose strict rules: walks may be limited to the car park or ground floor, landscaped playgrounds may be off limits, and pets may have to use service lifts.
At Saujana Villa, however, residents can walk their pets through spacious, leafy grounds with a perimeter of around one kilometre.
 

A school bus serves the development even though the school is only about five minutes away on foot.
Parents of primary and junior high school pupils often need to visit the school.
Being able to walk there when needed can be especially helpful.
 

A travel agency, hair salon, Japanese restaurant, minimart stocking Japanese groceries and bakery provide everyday essentials without leaving the grounds.
 

While condominium leases usually run for a year, Saujana Villa also offers weekly and monthly contracts.
Many people use it as an initial base after arriving in Malaysia while choosing a condominium, or take out an annual lease once they have organised what they need.
 
Low-rise buildings are arranged across the spacious grounds.
The abundant greenery creates the atmosphere of a resort hotel.

One point to consider is the age of the development.
After 20 years, the exterior does show its age.

However, the kitchen has been renovated in a modern style, and the unit is well maintained.
Once residents move in, many appreciate the comfortable lifestyle so much that few choose to leave.
