Quadro Residences occupies a prime location behind the KLCC Convention Centre, in an area with leading hotels such as the Grand Hyatt and Mandarin Oriental, as well as numerous embassies.
Completed in 2013.
It was developed by Monoland, known for its appealing, understated modern design.
The top-floor facilities are particularly impressive.
City-centre pools can be overlooked by surrounding offices and condominiums. At Quadro Residences, however, the pool enjoys spectacular views directly towards the Twin Towers.
Even a workout on the gym machines feels like running through the sky.
Beyond its excellent location, the development stands out for its family-oriented layouts.
Many city-centre developments include small units aimed at short-term occupants, but every unit at Quadro Residences has at least three bedrooms.
Most residents are long-term tenants, which makes access by outsiders more difficult and helps protect security and privacy.
A children’s pool, playground and other facilities make it appealing for families with children.

The generous space is not limited to this unit. We find that many units here are spacious, with tasteful furniture in good condition.
Double basins and a bathtub are standard bathroom fittings.
Despite its city-centre location, leafy KLCC Park is only around 100 metres away.
It is ideal for jogging or walking before or after work, or on days off.
You can enjoy nature even in the heart of a high-rise district.
Suria KLCC, the shopping mall beneath the Twin Towers, is also close by.
A popular first stop for visitors, this large mall houses brands including Isetan and UNIQLO.
