Desa ParkCity is popular because it is pet-friendly and has a lot of greenery.

Here we introduce Park Regent, completed in 2024 and the only condominium with direct access to Central Park.

Many of you probably know that Desa Park has a huge park and lake called One Central Park in the center.

Park Regent is located right next to it and has an entrance directly connected to the park that is only available to residents.
As a result, you can use the area around the park as if it were inside a condominium.

The blue pool in the lower right is Park Regent’s pool.
The pond in the upper left and its surrounding area is Central Park.

This is the only condominium in Desa Park City that offers the convenience of being able to easily go out around the lake to take your dog for a walk, go for a walk yourself, or jog.

The Waterfront shopping centre in central Desa ParkCity is on the opposite side of the lake.
It’s safe and close enough to walk home even late at night.

A notable feature is the large number of homes exceeding 2,000 sq ft.
Homes of 2,000 sq ft or more are uncommon in Desa ParkCity, making Park Regent worth considering if space is a priority.

Interiors and furnishings vary considerably between units because each owner arranges them individually.

The development offers a wide range of shared facilities.

On the ground floor, facilities labelled A–L include a herb garden, barbecue area, multipurpose court and playground. On level 3A, facilities numbered 1–16 include a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, children’s pool, mini cinema, game simulator, multipurpose hall and gym.

The mini cinema is a properly equipped screening room with plush cinema-style seats.
