Bangsar South area is a popular area as it is within walking distance to Kerinchi and Universiti LRT stations and has easy access to public transportation even without a car.

However, the location is actually connected to the main road from the elevator in the parking lot of the commercial facility NEXUS in front of the entrance of the condo, so you can walk to the station from there, or you can use the circulation bus or city bus from the bus stop in front of NEXUS. In addition, you can cross to the building across the street without getting wet in the rain through the connecting passage, so you have good access to the Max Valu supermarket, Family Mart, and restaurants, making it a surprisingly convenient location.

Laurel Residence is one of the newest in the area, scheduled to be completed in 2025. Room types start from around RM2,500 for 495sf 1+1BR. Many of the rooms have relatively compact floor plans, so it is recommended for singles or couples. What’s more, it’s a relatively new building, so it’s nice to have a new room at a reasonable price.
Also, it is worth noting that despite being an affordable condo, it has ample facilities (shared spaces). The entrance lobby is reminiscent of a luxury resort, with a sunny infinity pool.
