Camellia Serviced Suites is a popular condominium on a hill in Bangsar South.
Here is what makes it popular.
 

1. Close to Bangsar South offices, with security and good views

The route to the offices is relatively safe: walk down the condominium’s access road and through the office buildings.

The red line on the map follows the direct road from Camellia, circled in blue at the lower left, to Jalan Kerinchi.
The road ends at Camellia and is mainly used by residents living along it.
This gives the route a private feel and a greater sense of security.

Across the main road are the office areas around The Sphere and Horizon.
As the scale at the lower right of the map shows, the distance is only around 400 metres.
This office district has an AEON MaxValu supermarket, familiar to Japanese residents, and a variety of restaurants.

The hilltop, end-of-road position offers both security and good views.
By contrast, the area nearer the station at the top of the map is lower down the hill and has many condominium towers, limiting views from many units.
