In some cases, Malaysians will negotiate with each other to avoid situations where the customer is at a unilateral disadvantage.
As a general rule, refunds are due within one month after moving out. In other words, the refund will be made after leaving the country, so there are often disputes over the refund destination and refund amount.
KL Fudousan checks the refund amount for unnecessary deductions, follows up for prompt payment and, when needed, can help transfer the funds to the customer’s Japanese account.
Unlike in Japan, it takes a lot of effort just to find a company that can help you.
It’s common for reservations to be cancelled, and it’s also common for people to come back once because they don’t have the repair parts, so they have to leave right away when they come back.

Immediately after moving in, there were many insects and some furniture was broken. I felt overwhelmed, but KL Fudousan helped resolve the problems.
If I had been alone, I wouldn’t have been able to repair the furniture, and even if I found someone to repair it, I would have probably paid for it all myself, so I think I ended up paying more for the support costs.
I am very grateful that I was able to easily contact them, and that they were able to help me find a place where the basic electricity bill was higher due to commercial use.
