If you would like everything ready before arriving in Malaysia, KL Fudousan can purchase furniture, appliances and household items such as microwaves, rice cookers, irons, water purifiers and tableware according to your requirements.
If any installation work is required, we will attend and prepare the property for immediate occupancy.
Since we are based in Kuala Lumpur, we can visit properties on your behalf.

Actual construction example
Before renovation
At this point, there are no lights, air conditioners, etc., and the floor is bare.
This is a common condition in office rentals.
Lay carpet tiles on the floor.
Specify the wall color and paint. Install lighting.
Separate the meeting room with glass doors.
Install blinds to allow sunlight to enter.
Additionally, a pantry will be installed and an access door lock will be installed at the entrance for security purposes.
The estimated cost for the general renovation above is approximately RM125/sq ft.
For offices, the cost varies with the furniture and equipment. A typical market range is RM125–170/sq ft.
